Simulating Priapism with pump

I know this is in the wrong Forum, but I can’t post anywhere else. I was wondering if a person used a Penis pump at high pressure for a very long time, could they simulate a priapism and would it have the same effect? I definitely wouldn’t try it as so much could go wrong but I was just curious.

What will you do when you initiate the process but cant stop it?
And end up looking something like ~ this, ~ this, ~ this or similar?

Don’t try to find a shortcut. Just do regular PE man…

I fee like some are a bit overboard, I wouldn’t do it because I wanna keep my penis I just wanted a straightforward answer if they would be the same

I understand that this is an academic question, but wow! I suppose that if you distend a body part for long enough, it will retain that shape forever.

There are 2 different kinds of priapism, each with multiple potential causes:
Hi-flow and low flow.
Hi flow is the most common and is what they’re talking about on Viagra commercials.

With a high pressure vacuum, you’d be inducing a low flow priapism, which is the one that can more easily lead to loss of the organ.

A Priapism erection is caused by excess blood pushing from the inside out. Pumping pulls the blood in from the outside as well as fluid into the surrounding cells causing excess edema, which is not healthy.
