So, guys, I created this thread cause I have a doubt about my measurements of my penis and how to change that.

I’ve got 18 years old and my penis measures 16 cm (6.29) in lengh and 10.5 cm (4.1) in girth. The deal is: I think my penis is too thin (I’m ok with the lengh, but I want it to grow for something like 18 or 20cm) so, I came here asking for help.

Well, I don’t have many time available and I don’t live by myself (which means that I live with my parents), so I wanted to know the best and more effective exercise to get a thinker and bigger penis, mainly thicker.

Goals:

NBPEL: 18cm

EG: 15cm

Start taking longer showers and jelq.

It might be better for you to focus on girth exercises, but do that slowly. Basically, you need to do 3 steps:

1. Warmup. You need to heat your penis before exercises and there are many ways like water, towel wraps, rice socks and so on. Check specific threads for details.

2. After that you do any girth oriented expansion. For example, you can jelq, you can use pump, you can try kegels or check uli/clamping. There are many, but you need to do low intensity and short time.

3. After that take rest and see how your EQ changes. Do you have stronger erections or not, and so on. If yes, then you do that right. If it’s same, then try +- a bit of intensity, but it might be fine too. But if you see weakening signals then you did too much and need to lower intensity/time in future.


Starting : 7.6 BPEL, 5.5 MEG

Current: 8.1 BPEL, 5.7 MEG

But, I’m kinda new on this P.E stuff. What it is Kegel? I mean, I know where the PC is, but I don’t know how to do the Kegel.

Do you know how to contract that?
You can start with something simple like 50 or 100 short contractions. Shortly after that you will be able to do few thousands times in 10 minutes. There are many different kegel exercises. For example, you can train to hold for 5 seconds, or for few minutes without release. You can try to lift something up with half or full erect penis. For example, towel. Or you can try to squeeze harder. But I’m not sure you can use that as standalone to gain girth, because main aim of that is to maximize blood delivery. If you have some free space, then it gives very fast girth gains. If you don’t, then it might be quite hard to expand penis above your limit with only kegels. Then you need other exercises.
Side way to check that is comparison between BPFSL and BPEL (if you don’t have strong curve). BPFSL is number about how much your penis can stretch, and BPEL is number about how much it actually expands. Difference lower than 1/4 inch says about no actual need in better erection, but bigger than 1/4 would give gains after EQ exercises.
