Hello, this is janja, I will like to know if masturbatn, increases once thing or makes it thinner/smaller.

I want to also know if some particular fruits/food enhances ones’ sex life and how.

I read that there is a correlation between GAINS and masturbation WITH ejaculation somewhere in the main member forum, but the only correlation that really made a difference was that of men who masturbated once a month. However, once a month for me is physically impossible. My balls will start hurting after three days >:-)

I agree, have fun with it. However I would keep it limited. I wouldn’t want to interrupt the rebuilding process(If actively PEing).

Not a problem. PE affects non-cellular tissue, ligaments and fascia, which are composed of collagen and other structural proteins. You don’t have to worry about rebuilding cells. Having an erection after length work is a good thing, as it keeps the collagen fibers stretched out during the repair process. This is why I do my girth work after my length work.

Assuming that the “(micro)tear and repair” theory is the way jelqing works, wouldn’t a nice extra bit of pressure on the recently stressed tissues be a good thing? Most of the time at ejaculation the penis reaches it’s “most erect” state and that seems like a nice finish to a recently completed jelq session.

I totally agree, I always ejaculated at the end of a clamp session with the clamp on but not fully tightened so that I reach maximum expansion. It is an incredible feeling being that engorged.
