Skin at base of penis tender
I have been PEing 3 weeks now. The skin at the base of my penis is very tender today. I did my session anyway and it is more tender. Should I be worried?
All I am doing is the newbie routine, right now 12 x 30sec stretches all directions, 3 sec jelqs x 280 (ok, reverse ok, and c grip) and of course warm up and cool down. I decided not to kegel because of the PE I read a lot of people getting from it.
