If I pull my member straight down, I feel a sharp pain from the skin being stretched. This limits how far I go, and I wonder if I’m working the lig at all?

When I pull it at about 11 o’clock, there’s a major difference. There’s more of a positive dull pain feeling coming from the inside of my penis (at the base to the mid of the shaft) and the sharp skin discomfort is gone. I’m not totally clear on what the tunica is, but I think it was mentioned that stretching upward generally hits it. Does it sound like I’m hitting the tunica or the lig?

My LOT is about 8 o’clock. I thought stretching straight down was supposed to be more beneficial?

Starting out, when stretching down to hit the ligs, you will first have to stretch some skin. If the skin burn is too intense, either raise your angle a little, or decrease the stress. Over time, you can lower your angle of stretch to a true BTC angle

When stretching up, you have much more skin to work with since it is borrowed from the scrotum.

At 8:00, you should be stretching down right now. That will stretch skin at the base.

I also found it quite painful at first (stretching down that is!) and found that if I retract my foreskin to exposed the glands, I find that I have more skin “to work with” and it considerably reduces the pull of the skin at the base.

Thanks guys. I raised my angle slighty and noticed less discomfort and more stretch. During the beginning stage (PEing for almost a month), is stretching at a high angle not a good idea for my LOT? It feels like a really great stretch, and my flacid member looks thick and long n between 30 second sets.
