Sleep Apnea
I posted this is the Angion method and then I realized it was probably the wrong place to put it, here is what I posted
I’m throwing this out there for anyone in the hopes it may help someone. I am a healthy individual, workout, run, etc…..
In my high 30s and in the last year or two really started having problems with eq.
Started doing all the p.e. Newbie, Angion methods and my eq started coming back. But I knew something wasn’t quite right because my blood pressure was up and I was stressed and tired all the time, also I was never having morning wood.
I went and did a sleep study, found out I have sleep apnea, now I have a CPAP, which I will have to wear forever. It was a pain in the ass to get used too, but once I did the change started happening almost overnight and I am once again waking up with 9-10/10 eq morning wood.
I’m hoping this with these new techniques/lifestyle promotes my pe further. I feel like with a more relaxed body and mind that is fully rested, maybe I can achieve gains that sleep apnea was preventing
Even if you are not overweight sleep apnea can affect you so if you feel tired all the time check it out
