H, I added it up and its 21cm on each side, BUT I start my session with 19. Then go to 20, then 20.5 and ended with 20” at 21. It’s not the whole session at 21 as the stretch is pretty intense. I have the extender in the up position and I use the vacuum setup which might allow for longer rods as sometimes I can feel my glans is almost being pulled out. I bet the noose is not as forgiving. Also I can use at least 2cm more in the up position vs the down.
Do you use up or down mostly?
I can really max the stretch and the kind of pain/discomfort I get is not really too unpleasant (hope I’m not turning into a masochist;)
