Yep, it will likely slow your gains. Stopping smoking is a huge benefit, but not totally necessary in order to gain (personal experience). Try using inexpensive Cialis powder to help counter the negatives from caffeine and smoking. Quitting is best though, God damn it, I wish I could finally quit myself!

Ok for smoking,here’s my routine, I need opinions or suggestion.

Morning, 10 min pump, 10 min clamp,

Afternoon, 10 min clamp,

Night, 10 min pump, 10 min clamp, newbie routine.

2 days on 1 day off.

Try E-cigarettes.

They worked great for many (Including my own parents).
