So many questions
I am currently in a jelqing&pumping routine, but for the life of me I can’t get a certain way to do it. I need help from people that had success with this routine to help me realize the optimum way to approach it aNd therefore gain.
I own a certain waterpump two functional hands and my sole purpose is to gain girth, currently on 13.95cm 18hours after 15min pump session.
However I alternate my routine so much because I am constantly questioning the effectiveness of my routine.
Do I waterpump erect? For how long?
How many jelqs? Do I jelq before or after pumping?
Do I pump/jelq in sets or all at once?
Is an OK grips that doesn’t come in contact with the dorsal vein good or should I try another grip?
Is it okay to pump 6 days a week but jelq&pump for 2on/1off?
Any other advice you veterans have?
