I’ve been PEing for exactly one month now, and while I’m not going to measure until the 3 month mark, I can definitely tell a difference in flaccid hang and EQ.

When I measured on Dec 7, it was 6.25BPEL x 5.75mseg.

I don’t plan to formally (in a tux.. Really) measure until the three month mark. But, it’s hard not to measure (isn’t it?) and I think now I’m close to 6.5x5.9 which I would attribute almost entirely to improved EQ. Hopefully a wee bit of actual growth in there.

And I don’t have a goal. I’m doing it like Forrest Gump’s running style: going to just keep doing it until I don’t feel like it any more. Or until wife tells me to stop which I can’t foresee for a while unless I gain a lot of girth.

I think I was only at about an EQ 8 last night after doing kegels pretty hard earlier in the day. Can’t wait to see how she reacts with EQ 9-10.

It’s funny I never really discuss my gym workout with my girlfriend. But over time she will notice changes in my body (I.e. Bigger chest, or a new bit of definition in my muscles) I never sit down and go over my workout routine and how I have achieved the “new look” ~ I would just ask if she like the changes and should I do more?
