So I started PE roughly a month ago. I follow the newbie routine, which is 2 on, 1 off. The first week I felt a big change. My penis was a bit sore, but once it went away my erections were very strong. My penis even looked a bit bigger after the first week. Because of this, I decided to stick with it. The next three weeks however, I haven’t noticed much change. I do admit I have missed a few sessions due to me being back at school, but I have also made a great effort to do the newbie routine when I can. Anyways, I don’t feel soreness as much as I used to so I’m questioning if it’s even working or if I’m receiving gains. I don’t measure yet, so it’s too hard to tell, but if I gained anything, it was just a small amount.

Do I have to move on to a new routine? I’ve been doing a hot shower, warm up, stretch in all directions for 30 seconds, 100 quality jelqs, then wrap to end off (I don’t always warm down).

Any advice? It’s been a month and I haven’t gotten that crazy newbie pop. As of now if I had to guess comparing my penis to items, I’m around 6.2. My goal is 7 at the minimum, which from what I’ve seen can do done at a decent speed.

Stick to routine for around 3 months and then check gains. If you don’t have any then you can change something or increase intensity. It’s not very fast process and takes some time.
