Soft Glans

I’ve noticed some problems regarding my glans. It seems that all my penis is hard when erect, except my glans which remains soft. It’s volume increases when excited, it’s about the same size, but softer than before. I’ve noticed that 3-4 months ago, I really don’t know if it was firmer, I didn’t do any routine ( just light jelqing and a little pumping, once a week or so ) .. But I’m really concerned about that. Should the glans be se soft during an erection? My glans expands during an erection, but it’s firmness is about the same as when it is flaccid. Only when I tighten the base of my penis, my glans becomes rigid. ( I smoke a lot, 3 packs a day, and I drink a lot of coffee, and I was thinking about bad blood circulation. Could this be the result ? ) What can I do to make it firmer ?

I think its clear what your problem is. Set your priorities and decide what is more important to you. Smoking or a firm hard cock? Easy choice if it was my decision. Good luck if you decide to quit, its easy once you make up your mind you really want to quit. I smoked for over 25 years so I know it can be done cold turkey, without any help. Have you tried any type of cock ring? They do wonders sometimes for glans inflation.
