My bruises and red dots are finally gone!

I do jelqing, stretching and pumping. Especially from pumping, I always got those red dots. They`ve never gone away completely - even after not doing any exercise for a few weeks. I tried any kind of advise from the Injury - Forum. Nothing really helped.

About 10 days ago, I got the Phallosan - Penis Stretcher. After about a week, all the red dots and bruises were gone! Could it be, that a light stretch for a few hours every day, can help the blocked blood to escape from the penis? (I am sure, any other Penis Stretcher would give you the same result).

I actually DON’T get red dots, I hope I am doing things correctly…

That’s pretty interesting. :) Everyone is physically and mentally different so as we alaways say nothing will work the same for everyone, of course there is some general advice that alaways helps everyone. Interesting how it took the Phallosan penis stretcher to remove the dots. I theorize this might be happening because you are laying off the girth work in a sence (the jelqing, pumping, etc) which is giving your dick in a stretched state a time to rest from girth vascular type work which is different from stretching work IMO. It seems to me that stretching and jelqing are two very different things that produce different results. Maybe try thinking about that a little more? :)

Some people have said and believe (DLD included) that anytime they get red dots that is a sign of gains to come. The way I see it is everyone is different and some people will adapt to getting the red dots quicker then others. There is also a possibility that the person not or getting red dots all the time is either overtraining or undertraining there dick to much. You might not be traing hard enough actually?

Good stuff. Are the red dots a sign of possible future discoloration though? I got them like mad after my third newbie session and the thought of ending up with a purple cock sort of worries me.

I usually only get red dots after bashing my cock with a hammer. Can’t figure out why. :shrug:

Yeah Aristocane says he often works himself to those red dots and considers them a sign that somethings working, it’s only been 3-4 months of PEing for me so it may be awhile till I think like that, but the red dots have never bothered me because they go away after a day. I get them on my head, and sometimes even mid shaft.

Are you doing your previous routine with the same intensity, or did you ease up when you added the stretcher?

Thank you for your responds. I am talking about the red dots and bruises, that won’t go away after a day or two. I mean the kind of discoloration on some parts of the penis, that stays for weeks or even a month. The dots came back even if I started again slowly. Sometimes I could have been doing very hard exercises and they didn’t start to appear until day 3 or 4. There was no guarantee for them to come back or stay away.

I followed every advise, like taking no Aspirin (blood thinning stuff) a.s.o. I started the stretcher, after waiting 4 weeks for my last discoloration - spots to go away.

Right now I only do manual stretching and jelqing and I am fine. I want to wait a little longer to start pumping again, because my dick gets a pretty good flaccid gain (what I like) and I don’t want to take the chance to make it look bruised again.

Can anyone post a picture of the red dots?

I have red dots on my erect glans although I only did Jelq 3 times so far. I believe they are already there even before I did any PE exercises.

Hence, I don’t know whether they are normal or abnormal, unless I have something to see as a reference.

I usually get allot of red dots on the tip of my glands just near the urine hole. They are about 1 millimeter wide and they don’t cause pain but I can only have sex in the dark now because I think if my wife saw that it would freak her out. Is this normal and does anyone Else get the dots this wide and in the same area?

I have gotten the dots on several occasions. Last time I tried a cream that is designed for spider/varicose veins and bruises. It seemed to make the dots go away in a day as opposed to several days. I am still PEing on the down low. So the dots would draw questions from the wife. Look for a cream with Vitamin K. A Google search will turn up a lot of chooses. I got the one I have at the drug store but it took some searching. Let me know if you guys try it and what are your results.

I got red dots on a few occasions.. It was only when I was too lazy to warm up and jelqed full strength strait off. I’ve found that you need to start the jelq gentle and gradually tighten, so that you are at full strength at jelq 15-20. Sort of a jelq warm up rep
