some advice for a newie plz

first of all, i’m german, so plz don’t mind mistakes :)

i’ve got ~14cm which is ~5,5”.
my goal is something like 16cm or 6”.

well, not that much heh?

i’m jelqing since 2-3 weeks, 30mins nearly every day. I’m not doing any warp up (i guess i should do that from now on). i haven’t felt any pain or seen any bulbs or something like that, but also haven’t seen any considerable size gain either. the only effect i’m quite sure to have noticed is that the veins of my penis are more visible.
i’m not sure if i do everything correctly.

-most times i jelq with ~80% erection. is that too much?
-is a warm-up really so important? (i guess i already know the answer)
-are 30mins too much/too less?
-should i take more “free days”?
-should i do any other technique like stretching?

would be great if you help me. i’m spending damn much time with jelqing, i don’t want that time be wasted or my best friend be hurt! :)

some general advice would also be great.

I wish I could write in german and make as few mistakes as you did in english. Anwyay you are going to get alot of different answers on the length of time you should jelq for. I started with wetjelqing for about 30 to 40 min. and I didn’t see any gains to speak of but I got some advise on this forum to switch to dryjelqs and I have doubled my gains. Instead of going for 40 min, I do an INTENSE 20-25 and it worked great. An 80% erection is (in my opinion) perfect because the CC is loose enough to expand laterally.

As for the warm up I think it is VERY important, its just like working other parts of the body, you could not only damage it but it also promotes blood flow. Do it as much as possible. I try to do it in between excersises. One more thing, check out the newbie routine, its a great starting point. Everyone’s body is different, listen to yours but I would definatly streach. I am of the opinion that it loosens up the tissue (along with lengthening) to give more area to promote blood flow. Do your research and Good Luck!!

I have been PEing for about 4-5 months (very irregular) and properly on Thunder’s (still not an intense routine) for just about a month. Gained 1/2” BPEL & dunno exactly about girth. But I can tell you this that there are people who have achieved the same gain in weeks, while it has taken me months (ofcourse I can blame it on my not so regular routine). Also try stretching along with jelqing (to keep up with girth) with warming between sessions & after workout.

Oh by the way you should look into Yguys’s gains for inspiration. That guy’s almost doubled the size of his dick!!! Search for YGuy - the PE guru on this site, now that DLD has left. What say guys??

If you want girth that would help. If you want lenght do it a 50-60% so you can stretch while your stroking.

That’s a bit relative. When you apply heat to your penis it helps circulation, therefore a better development of your workout. But in other people like me, no hot-wraps work better.

Well are you doing 2 or 3 or 5 sec strokes? You have to count that in. If you don’t feel fatigue then stay with that till you need more. Just listen to your partner mate >.>

Recommended routine for newbies is 2 days on/1 off. But you should try a couple of routines so you can feel what fits you best like 1/1 3/1 or 5/2.

-should i do any other technique like stretching?

If you’re after lenght yes of course. Start with normal stretch, like 10-15 minutes a day, holding it for 30 seconds. When the days pass by increase the holds and then increase the time or maybe include some modified stretch techniques.

Jelqing increases both lenght and girth. The level of erection is what determines which part would be developed. More level erection girth increases, less level erection lenght increases.

How much time before the sessions? Try to wait a couple of hours so your penis can accommodate to the intense workout later.

thx! you are a great help. i always jelqed at a too high erection i guess.

if i wait some hours after having masturbated i have the same problem: my penis gets hard very quick. but as you said, i should jelq at a relatively low erection, and stretching with an full erection isn’t good either.
any advice how i can stop my erections?

Actually I had the same problem before, while I were stretching or trying to jelq semi-erect, I think you have to get used to it, it took me 10 days to avoid full erections while jelqing. Can’t tell you an exact tecnique but I just started listening to music in my workouts.

Wow, you guys are worried about curtailing erections. This used to be the case for me initially. But lateron when I started stretching (for half hr each stretch lasting for 2-3 mins) I noticed that my penis would become thin and flaccid at the end of the session. I can get the tool engorged with blood only after warming & porn, so that I can start jelq/squeezes. So in my opinion stretching can cause temporary impotence while squeezing, jelqing & kegels can remove temporary impotence! Any thoughts/suggestions?

Well I was worried the first two weeks, after that I can go to a level of erection whenever I want unless I’ve been doing a lot of jelqs, say 1000 like I usually do.

I think stretching will lead you to an erection while squeezing will let your penis engorged after the erection subsides.
