I’m just going to be honest..

I’m a new PE member and I could use some words of encouragement. I have very little self confidence and I think a lot of it stems from having a small penis. I am very self conscious in locker rooms and often get worried when I’m with a girl for the first time.

I know most members suggest the newbie routine and that is most likely what I am going to start doing unless anyone has a better suggestion..

I am interested in gaining length and girth and like all other members, in the fastest way possible. Let me know if anyone has any ideas or recommendations for what I should do. Thanks

Newbie routine. Take your time, don’t risk injuries looking for fast gains. 6 months flies by. Stay consistent. Read up.

What is your size? There is no such thing as a small penis to me unless its of course a micro penis.

Oh and “fast gains” isn’t a good goal I think, be rather consistent .

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Newbie routine. I’ve started it, and even though it doesn’t look like it will do much, I started seeing changes right away. If you jump on something more advanced, you’ll probably either hurt yourself or burn out. Think of it like this - if you’re a couch potato and you want to get fit, you don’t want to run a marathon right away. You need to get fit before you can even train for it, then after you’ve trained for it, you’re ready to go. The thing is to get started on it and listen to your body. Just doing something about the problem will make you feel better already.

Remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint.

I started off with low goals and not willing to spend more than 20-30 minutes a day, but once I got a hang of it I increased my goals and time spent doing PE and now I enjoy it. Seeing that your penis has grew is one of the best feelings in the world. :)

Don’t get too carried away stick with the routine and my advice would be to remember these three things:

1. Patience- This will take a long time just do it smart and safe.
2. Heat- From my experience adding heat (like with a moist towel or heat pad) resulted in a better work out.
3. Consistency- This will take a long time but the results will come have realistic goals and work towards them. The goals don’t have to be about size at first, just look for better EQ and better flaccid state.

Small gains in P.E. may come fast; big gains won’t — ever.

Start with the newbie routine, take the time.
