So I know the theory of length then girth .. But when I had started I was ok with my current length so I only wanted to focus on girth conditioned myself with manual stretches and jelqs for about 2 months then upd the intensity and reps then got into other exercise’s. So all my focus was on girth. Yes they helped in the length department as well. But now I’m hanging and doing length so I’m curious is it going to be a pain in the a** for me to get my buddy to stretch? Can I do an all round routine while hanging and still have good feedback from my body?

Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

I’ve been hanging for about 3 weeks now low weight (2.5-3 lbs). And have stayed away from my normal routine. And just started to add in regular jelqing and some squeezes. Doesn’t seem to do anything bad. I just don’t want to do just hanging for girth is the ultimate goal. But don’t want a injury in the process. Everyone says do the length before girth so I’m wondering if I should up the weight for my ligs and tunica have been conditioned to the point they won’t elongate to much. Should I up the weight you think ?

Try going on a decon break. They work wonders especially if you are changing your target dimension. Also they just help with gains period.

I took about 3 weeks off before I started to hang I know its not to long but I saw a difference less morning wood softer erections things like that. And I was anxious to hang had the hanger before I took the break was dying to get into it lol. But I prob should have waited longer .. How often do you take them?

I probably take two months out of every year off of PE.

Do your gains suffer from the break .. Or you just do maintenance routine of a few jelqs? When I took the three weeks of I noticed my flaccid girth and erect girth wasn’t the same just in that short amount of time never mind a whole 2 months what would you suggest for that?

It depends on a lot of factors. For starters if you want a better flaccid hang then go without under wear.

As far as erect gains and routines go, I would need to know more details about your routines and experience.
