Some Insight Needed
So I know the theory of length then girth .. But when I had started I was ok with my current length so I only wanted to focus on girth conditioned myself with manual stretches and jelqs for about 2 months then upd the intensity and reps then got into other exercise’s. So all my focus was on girth. Yes they helped in the length department as well. But now I’m hanging and doing length so I’m curious is it going to be a pain in the a** for me to get my buddy to stretch? Can I do an all round routine while hanging and still have good feedback from my body?
