Some problems with jelqing

I am doing an newbie routine 2d on 1d off
I want to work more on length than on the girth.
My routine is
10 min hot warp
3 x 30s stretch each direction
20 min jelq
10 min hot warp
Because I am working on length I am doing 20% erect jelq
But now after 2 week of PE
My penis is hard like a rock when I am jelqing ..
I still want to work on my length
What should I do ?
