Hi I been doing PE for exactly one week now and just wish to know a few more things:

1. When I jelq, I tend to lose my erection and also my fingers get sore, how can I deal with this? I am uncircumsized and therefore took the suggestion of doing dry jelqing.

2. After a PE workout, I do not feel sore or any pain at all, is this normal or should soreness be felt always afterwards?

3. Is it okay to shower right after doing PE?

Welcome to the forum and the world of PE.

1. a. Erection. Depending on your goals it is not an absolute requirement to have an erection. Some jelq with no erection for length. I is not advisable to have a 100% erection when Jelqing anyway. Only a 60-70% is advised normally. Just the pressure of jelqing should do this for you.
b. Sore fingers. You will get your fingers in shape as you PE.

2. Soreness is not a requirement, especially as you are starting out. Stay with the newbie routine and work your way up. As you get to the top end of the newbie routine you should start to have a worked feeling. At no time should you feel pain.

3. Yes, showering is ok.

Jelqing downwards to the floor with a really low erection is good for length. Slow jelqs, and pull some at the end of each jelq to stretch it.

I like to feel my dick “tingling” if i may say that, after a good jelq session. A slight soreness, in other words.

A lot of members theorized that they had better EQ and gains from low erection jelqing (like 25-30%). I agree.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

>>> I prefer when I lose my erection, because it is said it’s no good at all to do it with 100% (I had a lot of trouble trying to loose my erection and my unit responding with 100% and not going down at all). To increase a bit of erection if you are under 20% or less, I do a few kegels and gently I push blood to the gland direction and hold it (gently, it’s not a jelq) and then I do a couple of kegels (strong kegels) to keep the erection. Sometimes I go to 100% again and wait a few seconds to it goes back to 80%~60% and then start jelqing again. Oh, I felt my fingers getting sore for a couple of weeks, to minimize it on the beginning I alternate with middle + ring finger. On your day OFF you can do some grip exercises to your hand, or just take the day off to rest your hands and say yeah.

>>> I don’t feel soreness or pain at all, those are positive PI’s, It is also an indicator - at least for me it was - for you to do it a bit stronger. But don’t increase to the maximum force at once! Step by step increase it and feel if there is soreness or not. NEVER PAIN! I felt soreness probably once or twice, but I prefer to stay on the edge to get the maximum of it.

3. Is it okay to shower right after doing PE?
>>> If you do the warm down before shower I think it’s ok. If not, do the warm down with warm shower for a couple of minutes. I wouldn’t advise you to go straight to a cold shower. Where I live is quite hot and I wish i could go straight to a fresh cold shower, but I know I have to warm down first.

Now: (BPFSL 6.75) BPEL 6.5 x 5.0 EG (Newbie Routine) [2011 Jan 04]

Goal: NPEL 7.0 x 6.5 EG

Hey I noticed one other thing that leads to me another question, after I finish my PE I tend to have almost like an inflated head, and when it dies down it looks puffed up and a bit hard at the very tip of my head, is this normal? It does go away after an hour or 2 but I do want to make sure this is no threat. Also I have seemed to grow 0.4 inches in a matter of two weeks! Is that normal?
