Some questions about the newbie routine:
It says 2 days on 1 day off. Is it because you’re not gonna get tired fast in the beginning, or any other reason? Like, it must heal for one day? If it’s not affecting the gains negatively, I’d like to change the routine to 5 days on 2 days off (the weekends).
Anyway, my new(bie) routine will be like this:
Wet jelq: 20 minutes.
Manual stretching: 10 times á la 30 seconds (upwards, cause my LOT is at 6-7 o’ clock).
Kegels: 50 á la 5 seconds.
.And like I said, 5 days on 2 days off (if it don’t affect the gains negatively).
I shorted the jelqing to 20 minutes instead of 30, because my primary concern is gaining in length at the moment. The jelqing is more like a warm up (I do the hot wrap too, of course) and a booster.
