Some guys are more lucky that others. I think you should be happy about your gains, they are really good. Don’t worry about other people, help them when you can but never compare your cock or gains with someone else, there are simply to many factors where gains depend on.

Some questions about the newbie routine:

It says 2 days on 1 day off. Is it because you’re not gonna get tired fast in the beginning, or any other reason? Like, it must heal for one day? If it’s not affecting the gains negatively, I’d like to change the routine to 5 days on 2 days off (the weekends).

Anyway, my new(bie) routine will be like this:

Wet jelq: 20 minutes.
Manual stretching: 10 times á la 30 seconds (upwards, cause my LOT is at 6-7 o’ clock).
Kegels: 50 á la 5 seconds.

.And like I said, 5 days on 2 days off (if it don’t affect the gains negatively).

I shorted the jelqing to 20 minutes instead of 30, because my primary concern is gaining in length at the moment. The jelqing is more like a warm up (I do the hot wrap too, of course) and a booster.

2 days on, 1 day off is advised to let the body get used to PE. When you feel 5/2 will bring you bigger gains, continue. I am on a 7/0 routine because I feel it will give me bigger gains. I only advise you to slowly increase it and not get from 2/1 to 7/0. 2/1 to 5/2 is a good step.

Stretch to all sides, this will give you bigger gains because your stretch different parts of your penis this way.

If you want more length, jelq at a 20-40% erection rate and increase stretching time after a while.

Before I just wanted to grow, but now I have other, more specialized goals:

Bigger head: My head is when it’s at it biggest as big as my dick (width). I want to have a bigger head than the rest of the dick. Any suggestions? In case, it sounds logical to skip jelqs, cause jelqs broaden my penis. I just want the head bigger.

And, longer. I do stretches now: up, down, right, left, straight out á la 30 seconds, 3 times at each direction.

You can achieve a bigger upper part of your penis by performing Ulis. This is an advanced girth exercise and should not be performed before you PE for 3 months. Specific head exercises are difficult to due risks of loss of sensitivity. But why would someone want a bigger head? By having a bigger base you can really stretch a girl while she is still able to suck your dick.

The stretches look good, keep it up.
