Hey guys,
I’m 18 and haven’t PE’d for about 7 months so I have lost all gains(very little ones i might add). Recently(a week ago to be exact) i measured my penis. To my surprise it went from 5.9 nbpel to a 6.3 and my EG went from 4.2 to about 4.4 (not bad for an asian lol). I am very happy about the natural penis growth since I believe it is by far the best kind, but lately I have been wanting to buy a penis extender to help the growth a little. My biggest concern is that extending my penis will hinder my natural girth growth. My length is ok could use an inch, it’s mainly lot’s of girth I want(like and inch and a half) and I don’t have time to PE so I was wondering if getting a penis extender will make my penis grow longer instead of thickening ( I heard from a lot of guys that the penis finishes growing in girth in the early 20’s unlike length which finishes faster). I don’t want to do anything that might make my girth not reach it’s full potential, not even 3 inches of length. So will an extender do just that or will it help my natural girth growth as well?

Also does anyone know if the growth I recently had was aided by me taking zinc supplements these last few weeks? I always seem to grow a little during spring for some reason too lol.
I REALLY want to be about 7.5 EL by 5.75 ish.

You could do some gentle jelqing in the shower, along with some gentle stretching with the extender (go easy on it however). I started PE when I was 17, and got amazing length gains, despite rarely doing any stretching (mainly jelqing and girth exercises).

That’s the first I heard about girth growing in the early 20’s. Lucky me I’m still 20 :)

An extender would not help you gain girth but I seriously seriously doubt it could do anything to hinder further girth development. To tell the truth I’m skeptical about hearing girth can grow into your early 20’s. Supplements would not help gains only health if they are needed and possibly harder erections.

I also highly doubt it would hinder your gains, providing you take things easy. Remember that less is more. If you put too much stress on your unit in any way the tissues can toughen up, making further gains harder. Again, think less is more for now.

I’m 19 now, approaching 20.

Damn, that’s some impressive stats, would you be kind enough to post your routine?

I read somewhere that extenders can add about .25 to .5 of an inch in girth…

quicksilva I haven’t any time to write up on the routine I have done, bt here is a copy and past from a message I sent to another member a while back:

I’ve never kept my routine in writing. I’m not particularly consistent with my routine either; definitely an under trainer.

There are a few things I always keep to:

Do all my sessions under a hot shower continuously(as hot as I can handle).
Finish each session in the most expanded state possible(usually a manual clamp, as long as it’s safe and is “tunica girth”(i.e. not girth caused by swelling under the shaft skin), and then cooling my unit by turning the shower to cold(having heated the tissues up as much as possible while in a manual clamp, just prior to this).

I remember I got good girth gains with O-bends(perhaps 0.2”), yet I got length gains from them as well so I’m hesitant to do them again(I don’t any more length at 7.6” BP).

If I remember correctly I got my first 0.2” girth gains(4.9”-5.1”) by doing only jelqing and erect squeezes(I would get to 100% erection, clamp off at the base with one hand, and then squeeze the shaft with index finger and thumb at different points along the shafts center line. I have a feeling that this has given a very wide flat shape, but I’m merely speculating(width is 1.9”).

As I said I don’t want any extra length. So when I jelq or clamp, I keep the shaft shortened by trying to push the glans into the base(if that make sense) which creates a much shorter, fatter shape.

Since length work will splay “girth fibers” in the tunica, I used to do a little stretching before my girth routines.However again, now that I don’t want any more length I avoid this.

Another thing I do, is clamping, but with perhaps only an 80% erection(yet very engorged). I will compressed the shaft to make it short and fat, and then put in a gentle bend upwards and to the sides(holding it for 20-30 seconds each time). I can get up to 5.8” during girth sessions, in a manual clamp, although I never hold them more than 3 minutes. This tells me that there is potential there for more girth, and I just need to turn that elastic expansion into plastic(I think low force long duration under heat does this, so one day I will experiment).

I also do resisted kegels (for example, at full erection, pressing the shaft to my lower abs and then kegeling as hard as I possibly can for 15 seconds). I’ve only done these the last couple of months. Ever since, my EQ has been at 110%, sometimes so much so it hurts!!! So there is definitely something to it.

So yeah that’s about it.

I must emphasize quicksilva, you must start of slow for the first couple of months, otherwise the chances of you breaking your unit will be high. Less is more, if you are gaining, keeping doing what you are doing, until the gains slow, at which time increase intensity ever so slightly. Good luck!

To the OP: Girth isn’t some magical thing that continues growing till your early to mid twenties; don’t know who told you this tall tale. An easy way to know when your penis is done growing is to add 3-5 years from the day you noticed pubic hair growth and enlarging testicles. Once puberty ends the show is over for your genitals.

I can’t answer your girth question, sorry. Are you absolutely positive that you can not scare up the time to jelq and stretch?

I think this is unlikely. I suspect also that your girth-spurt is related, as Clubber was maybe underlyining, to your previous PE regimen: probably you overdid, than when you took a decon-break you had this growth - it happens sometimes.

Extenders will not hinder your girth gains, but will not add that much either.
