quicksilva I haven’t any time to write up on the routine I have done, bt here is a copy and past from a message I sent to another member a while back:
I’ve never kept my routine in writing. I’m not particularly consistent with my routine either; definitely an under trainer.
There are a few things I always keep to:
Do all my sessions under a hot shower continuously(as hot as I can handle).
Finish each session in the most expanded state possible(usually a manual clamp, as long as it’s safe and is “tunica girth”(i.e. not girth caused by swelling under the shaft skin), and then cooling my unit by turning the shower to cold(having heated the tissues up as much as possible while in a manual clamp, just prior to this).
I remember I got good girth gains with O-bends(perhaps 0.2”), yet I got length gains from them as well so I’m hesitant to do them again(I don’t any more length at 7.6” BP).
If I remember correctly I got my first 0.2” girth gains(4.9”-5.1”) by doing only jelqing and erect squeezes(I would get to 100% erection, clamp off at the base with one hand, and then squeeze the shaft with index finger and thumb at different points along the shafts center line. I have a feeling that this has given a very wide flat shape, but I’m merely speculating(width is 1.9”).
As I said I don’t want any extra length. So when I jelq or clamp, I keep the shaft shortened by trying to push the glans into the base(if that make sense) which creates a much shorter, fatter shape.
Since length work will splay “girth fibers” in the tunica, I used to do a little stretching before my girth routines.However again, now that I don’t want any more length I avoid this.
Another thing I do, is clamping, but with perhaps only an 80% erection(yet very engorged). I will compressed the shaft to make it short and fat, and then put in a gentle bend upwards and to the sides(holding it for 20-30 seconds each time). I can get up to 5.8” during girth sessions, in a manual clamp, although I never hold them more than 3 minutes. This tells me that there is potential there for more girth, and I just need to turn that elastic expansion into plastic(I think low force long duration under heat does this, so one day I will experiment).
I also do resisted kegels (for example, at full erection, pressing the shaft to my lower abs and then kegeling as hard as I possibly can for 15 seconds). I’ve only done these the last couple of months. Ever since, my EQ has been at 110%, sometimes so much so it hurts!!! So there is definitely something to it.
So yeah that’s about it.
I must emphasize quicksilva, you must start of slow for the first couple of months, otherwise the chances of you breaking your unit will be high. Less is more, if you are gaining, keeping doing what you are doing, until the gains slow, at which time increase intensity ever so slightly. Good luck!
