Something is wrong, Help me

Hey guys, I am very sad and would be glad for some helps.

For a long time I was interested in PE, while being I’m neither big nor small (6.5 BPEL, 4.9 EG) I always wanted a bigger member. After months of research, be it reading blogs, thunderplace, and other sites I believed the time was right. I began the newbie routine but very easy. Only did 1 minute of jelqing, and 2 minutes of stretching. I also did 5 minutes of warm up and cool downs. At first everything went great. The day after I tried again.

However as soon as I fell asleep something was wrong. I woke up from pains from the entire penis area, most noticeably in the left part, from the base to the shaft. Weird I thought. The pain took a week to pass and. 3 months later I decided to try again, even easier this time. However the exact same thing happened, 2 days later insane pain began that lasted for a whole week. There is no damage whatsoever for erection quality.

Only pain, terrible pain. The closet thing I found is this post, Jelqing Always Causes Pain but even here no one was able to help him and kept suggesting stuff that was not related.

Is there anyone who can help me? Was I doomed to never do PE?

What you are experiencing seems very odd.

You are not doing your PE with an erection by any chance and you are not using excessive force?

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

No, I am doing streching with flaccid and jelqing with 50%.
I am using very minimal force.
I have no idea what to do, and why I am even more sad I only found one thread about it.

You got me stumped on this one. Sounds like you could almost do damage just washing your cock. I can’t imagine why you are so sensitive to some easy stretching and jelqing. Do you have any pain from having sex?

You seem to be a very rare case. I know that doesn’t help reading it. I wouldn’t proceed if I were you. Remember you only have one penis.

Yes, I did have. The last time I had sex was a couple of months ago. I had a few hookups and had pain everytime.

Never had pain from masturbation, nor other sex acts. Only penetration

This saddens me. Is there anything I can try? I don’t even want to touch either clamping or other stuff if I can’t even jelq a few times.
Sorry for the double post

If you are having pain during sex, I think I would consider making an appointment with a doctor to figure out what the hell is going on.

Do you think its connected? The one is about moving the pelvic, and the other about manipulating the penis soft tissue.

I concur.

Cease all PE until you get seen by a physician.

I already saw a physician after the first round of pains. He sent me to the usual round of tests, everything came back negative and he told me he has no clue what to do.

See a specialist.

Where specifically and what type specifically of pain is it? You said the whole penis area hurts, and you said the left side hurts. Is it your testicles? Spermatic cords? Ligaments? Tunica? Corpora? Glans? Skin? Urethra? Exterior blood vessels?

When I first began PE I experienced regular pain in my left spermatic cord from the stretching of the newbie routine. It lasted several months and was aggravated by almost every workout. Eventually when I first tried hanging I felt a release, as though it had been stretched out sufficiently, and it did not bother me again after that.

Despite that success story, there have been several threads I’ve seen over the years of guys in a similar situation to you - non-specific pain from starting PE that has no medical or physical basis. Some of them end up banging their heads against the wall and it becomes a permanent problem for them which they battle for years to great detriment of their sex lives. So are you doomed to never do PE? Maybe.

I endured a pain syndrome for about 5 years due to a repetitive motion / overuse sports injury, and in overcoming that I learned that pain can be very mental. Long after my injury had physically healed, programs in the way my brain interpreted signals from the joint were causing the perception of pain from normal activity. Even beyond the mind, these programs can exist in the sensory and motor nervous system out in the body. The mind and nerves themselves had to trained to stop running this pain program.

Anyway, point is that pain doesn’t necessarily have a physical basis, or rather it’s physical basis can be a very small part of the total experience. If you’ve ever watched a child take a minor bump, and erupt into a big emotional reaction as if somebody had cut their arm off, that’s another example. Sometimes these reactions are wired so strangely and deeply into the tissues and brain that they seem 100% real, and they are real, as real as any perception.

PE involves a certain level of discomfort - all the above listed tissues are taking stresses that aren’t normally encountered. My theory on most of the non-specific pain threads that get posted is that these new stresses on the genital tissues are being subconsciously interpreted as damage to the tissues, which then starts a chain reaction leading to these long threads where nobody can provide any help and doctors can’t find anything physically wrong.

So that was a long winded way of saying: Try relaxing deeply for your workouts, don't be tight, and let the tissues fully relax. Then after the workout if there is any pain you could try massaging the area while relaxing, and mentally interpreting it as post workout soreness rather than damage.

All that said, I will re-iterate some guys with this issue never get past it (for whatever reason, my theory could be totally wrong) and you are already good size. So maybe your initial inclination and Titleist are correct: PE may not be for you.
