Sore arms and hands but no gains

Hi,

I’m only just starting to post (but I read most nights) and I know you guys give good info so I was hoping for some advice.

I’ve been experimenting with PE for a little while (on and off) without gains in length or girth yet, but I definitely have harder erections from following the newbie routine so I am very pleased.

I seem to be at a point now where the jelqs don’t seem to affect my penis anymore, but make my forearms and hands really sore. My penis swells and looks like it’s had a workout but I don’t feel like I am improving. I’m doing about 200-250 3 to 5 second jelqs at about 30-50% erection.

My question is should I do more jelqs at this level or do more stretching and stick to the same jelq routine? I’m aiming to gain about 1.25 inches to take me to 8 BPEL in the next year or so but any gains would be fantastic. I’m just getting frustrated that I don’t feel like I am moving forwards.

Give it time.

After 2-3 months of jelqing I moved on to erect bends and squeezes. Gave me new gains.

Hi,

I first found this site about 18 months ago and tried some exercises but I didn’t stick with it. I kept reading though and got interested again in December. I was doing 3 days on then about a week off though as my workload at University increased before Christmas.

I made PE my New Years resolution and did the newbie routine every day for about 2 weeks but I got an injury (I had a poor grip and was trapping some skin as I gripped, causing a bruise on the underside of my penis) so I stopped. It took about 2 weeks to heal properly.

I’m back on the newbie routine now and inspired by this site. Thanks.

Try doing your jelqs at around 70% erection-I”ve found my gains to be best under these conditions. Give it time, it’s not something thats going to happen overnight. Lets just say you only grow .1inch/month. While at the end of the month this night seem like much, in a years time you will see over an inch! Also, if you are interested mostly in length I suggest you explore hanging. It’s one of the best ways to achieve the goals you are looking for

I agree with everything everyone else has said so far and I would like to contribute two words….Be Consistent. You won’t make gains by doing it for two or three weeks every three months. This takes hard work and persistence. Stick with it and you will do fine.

It just takes patience man. How long have you been doing it? 200-250 may be too many if you just started recently, may be that you are over training.
