Standing or sitting

I found I get better engourgment while standing and clamping/pumping. When I first began PE and was doing manual stretches and jelqs; standing always gave me a fuller flaccid hang after a session. I took that over into clamping/pumping routine and it seems to be working very well.

Has anybody tried doing any cardio exercise before a PE session? This will increase body temperature, heart rate/ blood pressure etc.

Thus increasing the blood available and pressure to the penis? Plus the warmer blood?

I haven’t tried cardio before a PE session, but as an amateur bodybuilder I workout three days on and one day off. I do my PE sessions about 45 mins after I workout. I do notice slightly better EQ on my off days from the gym. Maybe due to my CNS recovering while I’m not workingout. I think I remember seeing a thread here about post cardio PE and the smaller flaccid hang caused by it? Or I may have read the thread wrong.

I think you’re just right.
Any intense activity (not only muscular) demands a better blood supply (digestion, thinking). Gym and cardio, as the muscles represents great volume compared to the entire body, I think the blood supply needed will be even greater.
I’m not bulking nowadays, but as soon as I return, I’ll consider this before planning my schedule.

Does anyone think that there may be greater flaccid hang length and subsequently erect length if they stand rather than sit doing PE?

I’m wondering if I were to heat, stretch and jelq and kegel while standing up it would be better and create a longer penis hang at the end of it? Does standing effect the blood rush to the penis rather than sitting?
