Starting PE on the right foot
I’m just starting PE at BPEL 6.1(15.5cm) x 5.11 (13cm) and I want to reach 6.7(17cm) x 5.5(14cm)
I’m planning to to the newbie routine plus Angion exercises since my goal is to keep my EQ.
I have several things I’m not sure about:
- Should I do the newbie routine just after waking up since T and HGH are high at this time ?
- What should my schedule be ? Angion every day and routine 2days and 1 day rest ?
- After how long should I start pumping, since I want to gain girth, from what I understand it’s not a good idea to start pumping right away.
Any advice ?
