Hi,

I’m 18 years old and currently 7”x5.5”.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reach 8” by jelqing and manual stretching alone? I would experiment with pumps and weights, but I still live with my parents and don’t think I could live down the embarrassment if they found that shit lying around….

Also, I have done a few searches but I thought I would ask anyway… do you have any recommendations for routines to achieve this goal? And any idea what kind of time scale I am looking at considering I won’t be hanging?

For only being 18, you are way ahead of the curve size wise, so don’t worry about any girls being disappointed that you date!

It is very possible you will reach 8 inches doing only manual exercises. Start right at the top of the Newbie Forum with the quick start guide. Start your jelq and stretch exercises slowly so your cock becomes used to the new routine. As your cock becomes more conditioned, you can use more pressure and increase the length of time. I would stay with that routine for at least 3 months, and by that time (even before) I predict you will already have gained 1/2 inch.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Now I know I am not small, but it’s interesting that you should say ‘age wise’ because I always thought the male penis did not develop any further past the age of 16/17. At least that is what I have found.

Indeed I have read in many places that the male sexual peak is reached at 18. So it’s only downhill from here :(

Can anyone else comment on this?

I’m far more able to please my woman now than when I was 18 (28 now), I’m having more sex than when I was 18 and I want it just as much as when I was 18. I’d say it only gets better.;) .

That’s a good starting size you got there, I’d take gprent101’s advice and go with the newbie routine. Stick with it, be careful and hopefully you’ll see some gains.

About your growth expectations, you could gain anything from 0” in one year to 1” in a month. It all depends on you and it is impossible to say beforehand if you are a fast or a slow gainer. In any case, good luck.

You’ll be set by this summer if you’re a quick gainer. Do jelqs and A-stretches. You’ll be 8 in no time!

I’ve gained almost 1.4” BPEL, thus far, by using only manual techniques. DLD made his huge gains by manual, as did RB. Manual PE isn’t “inferior” to other methods, not by any means.

I got my first inch and than some with just jelqing at 70%. I did some manual stretching but not all that much.

Go for simple exercises at the beginning so that you wont become tired too fast.

I recommend

-hanging (you can be lazy and do a lot of PE with hanging)

-jelqing (for girth and bloodflow)

Nothing more.
I wouldnt recommend these special horse DLDs Fulcrum etc. things at the beginning.

But if you like stretches more than hanging do stretches.

My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
