Starting Phallosan Routine And Looking For Mentor

Hey there fellow Thunderers,

I joined this community about a month ago and this is my first post! For the last 3-4 weeks I’ve been reading everything I can trying to the soak up as much knowledge from the treasure trove of wisdom that resides here!!

I just received a Vasectomy and I am planning to start a Phallosan routine as an ADS (in two weeks). My main focus is going to be length gains.

From all the reading I’ve been doing I’ve gleaned a few things I plan to incorporate into my routine:
- keep the tension as low as possible until gains stop
- keep suction strength to a minimum while still holding tension
- Use heat packs to loosen ligaments
- shoot for low tension, and long sessions (10+hrs)
- take frequent rest days (4 on and 1 off)

I know you will all be here to help me out, but I would be stoked to have a veteran with lots of Phallosan experience to offer advice/guidance on this journey!
