Hey everyone I started to hang after 6 months of PE.
Just had a question about different angles to stretch.

Should I do all of the angles like BTC, over the leg, and straight down or just stick with one angle?

And I have a bib hanger with just 2.5 lbs for now

Have one primary and one secondary angle.

Primary gets the majority of the time and attention.

Starting out this is normally BTC primary and SD or SO secondary.
