Starting to think warming down is a bad thing

As soon as I warm down (dip my dick in warm/hot water) I completely loose my swelling.. So I’m starting to think warming down may be taking away from my gains

Like today I got a good PE workout my unit was swollen and looking thick as soon as I did my warm down I lost all of that

Anybody else feel the same

Warming down can be important as it helps in the recovery of your cells in the penis. I sure as hell don’t want a swollen dick but rather a thick, hard dick which gets massive when I get horny not the balloon feeling.

Try a rise sock. More convenient, and maybe it won’t have the same shrinking effect.

I always do warm downs, but sticking it in warm water may be shocking it. Mule suggested a rice sock which is a good idea. It is a dry warm down. Try a hot towel just right out of the dryer. My warm down always makes my dick plump for a couple of hours. After exercising, I warm wrap for a minute then pull my dick straight out and wrap an AC bandage around it. Here’s another one, Pissing after exercising warms you down from the inside out, that should keep it plump for awhile.

On the other hand, someone here threaded that cooling it down immediately keeps your gains and keeps it plump. I personally don’t believe it since coolness bring down the swelling and heat does the opposite. this may work for you, who knows.

I like the idea of a hot towel just out of the dryer, but I’m wondering if you can get the same effect with the microwave. Which I imagine would be less time consuming and more cost efficient. Worth a try!
