What’s up fellas,

Is it reasonable to gain a 0.50 girth in 6 to 9 months just using manual exercises? I don’t have any problems with my length, but I know gaining more of it is unavoidable. I set my goal for 8NBP and 5.5 EG because it seemed realistic, but I don’t know if I’m making a heavy reach.

Anyone else start with the same stats?

I think for most people, including myself girth is harder to gain than length. I’ve been at it almost 2 years, and gained .375” in girth, but .75” in length. And I’ve been pumping since October, and clamping off and on over a year.

But everyone is different. All you can do is try. Stay consistent and use heat when you can.

It’s going to take more than the timeframe you’ve suggested.

When looking to achieve girth. Make sure you’re well conditioned which typically takes three months.

Its possible but first we gotta figure it out what kind of gainer are you: a length gainer, girth gainers, fast gainer or hard gainer.

If you have no experience on PE, we still have to consider the technique applied, if you will respond better to stretching or jelqing, dry or wet jelqing, how much recovery days you need etc.

I would invest the first 6 months to get all this in check. In this period growth and improved EQ can happen.
