Stopped too suddenly and lost every inch gained

Stopped too suddenly and lost every inch gained

I’m back, people. :( For those who don’t know me, here was my
endgame thread: She finally said it

Anyway, after 5 months of being away, stopping too suddenly after
(over)achieving my goals (.55" length, .7" girth), I found myself
wondering if my eyes where playing tricks on me, or have I really
lost a lot of PE gains. The reality was even worse: I lost EVERY
length gain I achieved, plus more!

My starting stats at New Years 09’: 6.45" BPEL, 5.6" MSEG
At the end of my PE career 04. May 09.: 7" BPEL, 6.2 MSEG

But today, I measured: 6.3" BPEL and 6.1" MSEG

I was horrified to say the least. Just did a 10-minute stretching
and 10-minute jelqing session. I am not as optimistic as I was
when first starting PE. My penis was very non-elastic today and
very stress-resilient after being in such a long "decon" (so-to-say).

I doubt the Newbie Routine will do me any good, so from tomorrow,
I will start with something stronger:

5 min warm-wrap
10 min manual stretching
10 min V-stretches
20 min jelqing with low-intensity, high-rep (to avoid girht gains)
5 min warm-wrap

I am opening this thread for two reasons: I would appreciate any
advice you could throw my way, and also to warn every single PE
user not to end his PE career too abruptly after achieving wanted
results. Trust me, you do NOT want this kind of horror to happen
to you.

Ok do not worry is the first thing.
And the fact that you made those gains in the past leads me to believe that it won’t take long for you to retrieve them if you go back to your old routine.

But going onto the stronger routine straight away could have some negative effects as it sounds like your penis maybe out of condition for training.

So I would advise 1 months worth of the newbie routine and then move onto something stronger so your penis is more conditioned to take the stress.

But all in all I don’t think you have much to worry about because if you had those gains before then it will probably be easier to achieve those goals again quite soon.

I lost 0.1 of length and 0.1 of girth of which I had gained but after a month of some jelqing I got them back so I suggest you just take your time at first and you may be surprised by how quickly they come back.

Good luck.

Current Stats: 6.9BPEL/6.4NBPEL 5.5MEG.

Current Goal: 7BPEL/6.5NBPEL 5.75MEG.

You don’t want to hear the advice that I could throw your way, because you have already decided against it.

For the record, though, I would recommend that you restart with the Newbie Routine, and not ‘start with something stronger’.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

The thing is, my secret to good gains was that I could always tell how much my unit can take, and I could always tell when I should stop.

And I can tell you, what I did today (the Newbie Routine), did absolutely nothing for me. It was like typing on a keyboard with index fingers only.

I had absolutely no usual after-workout PI’s like flaccid hang, redish color or the slight soreness in the glans and the ligaments.

The “something stronger” thing I am about to try isn’t actually all that much stronger. It’s not even close to the routine I was doing before stopping.

On the bright side, you still kept the EG gains. I recommend pumping at pressures around 6-7 Hg to quickly bring those length gains back. If your not a pumper however, you will need to start at 3-4 Hg till you get used to the pressures. Pumping does work for length just as well if not better then manual stretches and jelqs.

Before: 7” bpel * 4.9” meg

Current stats: 8” bpel * 5.2” meg

5.5” beg; 4.5” geg

Never tried pumping, don’t even own a pump. However, I will try to buy it one of these days, in hopes that you are right.

:D

Yea your gains are going to be back before you know it. That is how it is for most people anyways. And I agree completely on the whole slightly stronger routine. As much as I also want to recommend you restart with the newbie routine, you clearly know how much you can handle when it comes to PE. It looks like the routine you are using is your own personal “newbie routine” that is used to get your unit back into conditioned form. Welcome back and good luck on your progress.
