Stretching at the base

So I was wondering. I know everyone stretches from the head out.but if we’re supposed to stretch our ligaments why don’t you stretch from an inch off the base. Has anyone ever tried this?

I sometimes mix in a few stretches with a grip near the base. Feels effective, but I haven’t isolated enough of this method to say how the results may be. I also sometimes do a few sets of jelqs concentrating on the base region. Probably not a bad idea to add a few of the base stretches.

Very cool idea actually. I think concentrating stretching/jelqing at different points along your penis would be very beneficial over time. This theory is similar to guys using golf weights and stretching along the length of their penis to achive length gains. You guys should check out that thread. I am actually incorporating it into my routine.

Thanks for the reference to the golf weight thread. I have seen that thread and have used the fulcrum stretching methods without the golf weights; the weights I bought are too small, so I have been using my fingers as the fulcrum points. You’re right, though, that the same principles are in effect for stretching at the base.

Doing V-stretches and A-stretches your supposed to stretch at the base, other than that I cant think of a way to get a stretch close to the base.

There isn’t really much utility in this though - if you do believe that the object of stretching is the elongation of the suspensory ligament, why not just stretch in the prescribed fashion, work your tunica and kill two birds with one stone?
