Stretching Routines Compiled
So I did a ton of searching and have been doing this off and on a few years. What I’ve noticed is no one has taken the time to really and truly streamline these exercise’s and stretches on this site Barney style. I’ve been trying to explain to other people how things work and what to do, but I’m having to jump from post to post topic to topic to get good solid information to provide them. If you guys saw my other post our resources are very limited out here, so this post and routine is strictly based on what you can do with only your hands, no outside tools, no lubes, no warm up or cool down, just good old fashioned manual stretches.
To get down to it, what I wanna do or help build is all of the manual stretches into 1 topic, then have a couple of routines placed into it. It will have a basic explanation on how to do the stretch and for how long, whether or not you include kegels. Then also include step by step pictures for new people. When you go to the gym and you see the small little sticker on the machines with what muscle it targets and position 1 and position 2. That’s what I wanna build.
Then at the bottom we can have all the details and extra explanations and detailed info. From how yo target the 3 areas of stretching, revealing the hidden penis, injury prevention, the works.
I have not seen a simple, this is stretch x this is how you do it, these are the recommended amount of time you do this stretch. Stretch y .. Please don’t attack me if this is already on this site because yes it is, I’m aware, but it’s split up over half a dozen posts and I’m trying to get us to unite and combine them.
