Stretching while sitting down

I noticed that the videos show the guy standing. Is there any reason why you can’t stretch or jelq sitting down? Thanks.

No reason what so ever. Do what ever feels best.

I’m stretching while sitting down even as I type this - look Ma, no hands!

I use my home-made bib hanger attached to an elastic band around my neck. I wear it as an ADS while I am at home as often as I can. Its kind of the reverse of hanging with weights as it stretches the tunica.

Also, I usually jelg sitting down just so I can relax more, but I also jelq standing in the shower, or laying in bed. I don’t think it makes any difference.
