Success with on and off PE?
So ever since I started college, I haven’t been able to do a consistent PE routine cause of school and living in the same room with a roommate. The only time I get to do PE is on the weekends briefly before I go to sleep. I can only do full routines during vacations like right now (spring break). Basically I do PE for a week or two every few months or so. Obviously having a consistent PE routine would be helpful, but I can’t find time, so has anyone had success doing on and off PE like me?
