So ever since I started college, I haven’t been able to do a consistent PE routine cause of school and living in the same room with a roommate. The only time I get to do PE is on the weekends briefly before I go to sleep. I can only do full routines during vacations like right now (spring break). Basically I do PE for a week or two every few months or so. Obviously having a consistent PE routine would be helpful, but I can’t find time, so has anyone had success doing on and off PE like me?

Success isn’t so easy I think. As you said already you can’t give enough time. So how it’s possible to get success?

Prob not, but at least you can begin learning PE. You really need to take it slowly and be consistent.

I’ve done PE 3 months at a time for 10 years and never got any lasting results, so no. Couple times a week probably won’t amount to much. Don’t be like me and waste your time lol

What you describe will not work at all.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
