The concept for growing penis as a whole would be too large for anybody to squeeze in one paper.
If anything it should concentrate on the mechanical characteristics of the penis while stretched in slow strain rate application.
Finding the correlation on what has been detected earlier researching TA.

In addition to this base-level study, we should be able to indicate the outstanding effect of deep heat on the TA characteristics in terms of penile elongation. No need for any Ph.D. to be able to see this if tried.

IF it were to be true, I am not from or into the medical field, so it would be under the umbrella of biomechanics.
If ever to become any academic breakthroughs on mechanical penis elongation it comes from there anyways.

Search for mechanotransduction or extracellular homeostasis and you can find a whole bunch of modern-day molecular biologists and biomechanic scientists trying to figure out the origins and more importantly the limitations of natural growth.

Obviously there are good examples on here over the last 20 years on penis growth but for any type of academic paper there would need to be control, which is impossible over a forum. The PE technique would need to be carried out in a controlled manner and supervised to ensure it is done to standard. With control comes cost so someone needs to fund it. So I think that would be very hard to push in a scientific manner.

Theoretical would be easier from a cost perspective but almost impossible for our perspective as there would need to be some joined up equations or other relating strain, heat and time etc these don’t exist. We know that the combination usually works but not the exact combination.

I get bogged down in the details sometimes but it would be great to see this happen at some stage but doubt it will.

Realistically speaking. What is happening now is planning the seed. It won´t be sorted out at these platforms, that´s for sure.
The basics need to be laid out correlating perfectly to the known science if there ever will be standardized protocols.

As if the PE were to be sorted out into a scientific paper from what has been theorized last twenty years, it will never happen.
That’s because there aren´t really many attachment points to reality. The theories have been pulled out of a hat.
