Hey guys,

I have been doing PE for 2 weeks now just taking my time with the newbie routine.
In 2 weeks I’m gonna measure everything up and see if I made any progress.

I’m gonna stick to the the routine for 3 months, and if everything goes like the way it should be without any risks of injury.
I’m gonna put a stretcher into the routine starting with around 6hours a day.
But that’s something for later.
I added manual clamping for 1 minute both hands after my routine and I’m looking forward to be expanding it to 5 minutes.

Also when is wise to start clamping with a clamp?

And what are your thoughts about doing the full routine in the morning, and at night just a small session to give it a little boost.

I was wondering what kind of supplement you guys are using?
And the reason behind using that supplement what it does for the unit.

I wouldn’t rush to clamping (manual or otherwise) this early in your PE career.

We don’t recommend adding gear until your newbie gains stall. Think 6-9 months.

I waited over year to start clamping, I’d advise anyone else to wait on clamping until they’re truly conditioned.

Clamping is intense. Wait until you’re ready! I began earlier than I should’ve in all honesty. However, I didn’t initiate a routine. I introduced it slowly, bedding with different tensions and once or twice a week and for very short stints to familiarize myself. I however am the guinea pig for a modified routine I’m trying, so wanted to get it into my routine fairly early. I wouldn’t recommend it for everyone though. I’m very in touch with my body and can read signs very well. I take extra rest days and try things one way for a while before making it more strenuous.

A good initial stack to help with PE and personal health would be the “Cum Holy Grail”. I used 3 of the 4 supplements in that concoction for 3 months. L-Arginine, Lecithin, and Zinc. I left out Pygeum initially. You can search the holy grail on here and read the long study. Basically it helps with blood flow, sensitivity, and health of your member. Pygeum is for the prostate and can increase size of your loads. I only used the first 3 for a while for conditioning. I ordered Pygeum, Damiana, and Maca to incorporate into my supplement mix beginning next Monday.

I gonna wait with the clamping than and will leave the manual clamping out of the routine aswell.

And for the supplements I’m gonna read the thread and see what can benefit for me.

You can do a session at night. Many guys do 2-a-days. Just make sure you don’t over work it and take proper rest days. Watch for any sign of fatigue.

I will have a look at it yes and see how it goes for me.

I just bought L-arginine, Fish oil, Zinc and Lecithin for being my supplements.

But I’m just wondering about the lecithin because it contains soja.
What are your thoughts about soja lecithin?

And do I miss a supplement? Or is this a good start for now?
