Supplements,clamping,Routine.
Hey guys,
I have been doing PE for 2 weeks now just taking my time with the newbie routine.
In 2 weeks I’m gonna measure everything up and see if I made any progress.
I’m gonna stick to the the routine for 3 months, and if everything goes like the way it should be without any risks of injury.
I’m gonna put a stretcher into the routine starting with around 6hours a day.
But that’s something for later.
I added manual clamping for 1 minute both hands after my routine and I’m looking forward to be expanding it to 5 minutes.
Also when is wise to start clamping with a clamp?
And what are your thoughts about doing the full routine in the morning, and at night just a small session to give it a little boost.
I was wondering what kind of supplement you guys are using?
And the reason behind using that supplement what it does for the unit.
