I don’t recommend it unless it really bothers you. I would give anything now to have myself back to how I was last year before I tore my ligament. So I don’t think it will be all that great.

How did you tear your ligament? If you don’t mind me asking.

Hey Iron, sorry just saw this. Sorry it took so long! No flaccid gain bro. I think the whole procedure is a crock. I wish I never did it. Of course, I could never prove that my gains came from just hanging and not hanging and lig release…but, I don’t know, it just doesn’t seem to work. Surgery supporters will argue that one gains at 1/16 inch/month without and 1/8 inch/month with. I don’t buy it. It’s a waste of 5000 bucks.
