Suspensory ligament stretching before starting pumping?

Suspensory ligament stretching before starting pumping?

I heard the late Leo Rex mention in one of his PE videos that you should do all your suspensory ligament stretching before you ever start pumping.

Is this true? If so, why?

I haven’t started suspensory ligament stretching yet but I want to use a pump. Is there really going to be an issue with doing that?

Thanks

I’ve questioned this since returning to the PE world. I asked Bib if hanging in general stretches the tunica and was told only after the ligs are maxed out. I question this because what about those who don’t hang, who have made great gains simply from manuals or from extenders or pumps? Does it help? I’m no longer convinced it really does, besides lowering your “exit point.”

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I just got into PE. I haven’t started stretching yet but I want the sexual benefits of using a pump. I just don’t want to compromise my gains.

I personally don’t think you’ll compromise your gains. If people can gain good amounts from extenders or manual stretches and jelqing, never stretching the ligs, I do t see it hindering yours.

No, the LOT theory is something that he might think works.

What is the LOT theory?

Try the search function

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

If you have a translator read this: /moderadores-en -espanol/teoria … ry-2414276.html

I get what LOT theory is. However, I fail to understand what it has to do with my concern about pumping before fully stretching the suspensory ligament mitigating results.

I Can't Get A Clear Answer On Pumping Concurrently w Suspensory Ligament Stretching

I was told by Leo Rex that you want to stretch the suspensory ligament maximally for 3 months before you start pumping.

I want to use a pump for performance enhancement but I want long term gains.

Can someone explain why or why not this is an issue?

Thanks

Any good reason to not pump concurrently with ligament stretching?

So far i’ve just been pumping but i wanna add stretching the suspensory ligament. There’s some talk about not doing these together. However, i’ve yet to find any clear answer as to why not.

How long should i stretch suspensory ligament per day with male hanger?

I just got the male hanger. I started out with a 1 lb plate. I’m just not sure how to program it. How long should i be stretching per day?

I’ve gained over an inch and a half from just using an extender and manual stretching, so you can definitely gain by just this method.

I’m going to try adding hanging to my routine too though and see what difference it makes.

I’d be interested to know this too. I’m probably going to start at two 15 minute sessions a day and see how it goes 👍.

(Me again! 🤪). I’ve just been reading up on the basics of hanging - it looks like 3 sets of 20 minutes a day is the way to go. See how much weight you can do comfortably/without it being painful and start from there.

I hear some talk of wearing an ADS for 30 min to an hour post stretching to prevent retraction. Is this really something i should worry about. I thought the idea was to wear an ADS to solidify your gains only after reaching your maximum.
