This is my second shot at PE. A couple of years ago I noticed that several years of marriage and a career was really taking it out of me literally. I was unhealthy, miserable and could swear my unit was half the size it was in college. Luckily I found Thunders! And I read everything I could on the subject of PE. I was really skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try. I didn’t really notice much at first except my erections were staying strong, but my wife sure noticed and was very much happy. For the first time in years my confidence was building. I was so excited that the wife was taking notice so soon, I ignored all the warnings and one day BAM! I remember the horror I felt when it felt like a grenade went off. I was really hurt, I should have seen a doctor but I was too freaking embarrassed. I could hardly touch it for weeks, it was probably a couple of months with out any action.

The good news is that there appears to be no permanent damage except for a slight bend to the left now, probably from scarring.

Well now the wife is expecting again and I am working again at making some changes in my life, stop smoking, lose weight, get my old schlong back! So with the wife being pregnant I know I will have a lot of extra time on my Hands.

My beginning routing is as follows.

A - trim around the unit, hair is a bitch.
OK
1 - AM shower before work, warm up and do 2 sets of 20 circular stretches.
2 - Dry off and grab the lotion.
3 - 1 set of 50 slow jelqs.
4 - Get rock hard, grab the base of the shaft, squeeze and hold for 10 seconds.
5 - repeat steps 3 and 4 three more times.

This whole morning exersize takes about 20 minutes

Any time through out the day when I need to hit the bathroom try and get a good stretch in.
Try to remember to do kegels throughout day.

At night repeat the morning routine.

When going to bed at night I try and hold a between the leg stretch untill I fall asleep.

My measurements now are
Flacid length 4.5”
Flacid Girth 4.5”
Erect length 6.25”
Erect Girth 5.25”

I have been doing this routing for two weeks now, very lightly to keep from having another blow out. I am noticing improvements already. Who ever says PE doesn’t work must be dickless.

Hey HL you weren’t very clear about which warnings you ignored. Share so the rest of us can take the specific lesson. What did you do wrong?

If you are a newbie to take it really easy to start with. Know your limits and don’t push it. If it is sore, take a break for a day or two. All the common sense stuff I ignored because I did not have any patience.

But you just joined?

Were there any particular practices you did to cause what I assume was an injury since you mentioned wanting to go to a doctor?

That’s what I wanted to know. What did you do to injure yourself and exactly what was the nature of your injury?

Just because I just joined doesn’t mean I haven’t read what was on the main forum or the newbie routine..

I was doing the jelq for longer sessions then. I was way too hard and using pretty much as much grip as I could apply. It was stupid. Something burst or tore. I never did see a doctor although I probably should have. There was discoloration and a lot of tenderness which took a long time to go away.
