Tanners puberty stages

Tanners puberty stages

I’ve read through the concept behind Tanners puberty stages and I would consider myself to be att stage 4 even though I’m way post puberty.
(Tanner scale - Wikipedia)

How can this be or am I having delayed puberty?

Is there anyone here that has been diagnosed with delayed puberty later in life(24y+) and got it fixed?

Is your length under 4 inches? If so, it is possible you suffered from secondary hypogonadism (insufficient testosterone during puberty). You should probably visit an Urologist for a consultation. If it is deemed that you did suffer from hypogonadism, it is possible that testosterone treatments may be able to help a little.

I had good testerone values now (22 nmol/l) so even if I had low in puberty do you think it would help?

Thinking about checking out GH defiency as well. I’m not below 4 inches erect (or did you mean flaccid?) but would that matter?

Are you saying you’re stage 4 because your erection is less than 15cm (just under 6”)? If so take that as a guideline not a strict rule. Its meant to be taken as an average. In general the average penis length is AROUND just under 6”.

Also you may notice many adult females with puffy nipples, but that doesn’t mean they are not fully grown

Above 4 inches erect is considered low normal. Once out of puberty, GHs do not effect penis growth. Only a good urologist can answer your size concerns.
