Technique to increase head size

So I’m trying to increase my head size only.
I have a pump and a bib hanger.

The pump was great for overall girth, and the hanger is awesome for length. I’m trying to think of a way with these two to isolate head enlargement.

The only way I can think of is low weight with the hanger but to inflate the head with blood creating pressure while hanging.

Does that sound like it would work? Any other ideas?
