Telling your Friends or family?

I’m curious. Has anyone told their friends or brothers about all of this? Sharing their routines and progress with them? Even anonymously sending them emails with info on PE?

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.
