Testicle Pain From Not Ejaculating

From time to time my right testicle hurts, some times to the point of barely walking and other times it’s minor, and the only way to get relief is to get off. It has been 6 days since I got off and I started hurting a few days ago and I can’t get off. I’m taking some ibuprofen to curb the pain.

What could be causing this to happen?
