Thank you Thunder's Place and thank you PE
I’m new to PE within the last month and I wanted to post some of my initial findings.
Probably like many who’ve gotten involved with PE, I was searching for a way to regain or at least maintain my erectile quality. I’m 43 and in good shape (6’4” 195 lbs.), but I sensed that my erections were not as firm as they once were and it had been a long time since my wife made any comment about my size. When we were newly married and even into my late 30’s, occasionally we would have a really great time making love and she would comment about how big I was and about how lucky a woman she was. Well after 4 kids and 21 years of marriage, the compliments kind of died off and I noticed that they had stopped.
I’m not that big, but she always seemed to think so. When I started PE a month ago thanks to the information on this site, I measured myself at BPEL = 6.5” and EG = 4.75”. I doubt that I’ve lost much in length, but I feel that it is my girth that has been suffering the most.
After reading the information here and studying the anatomy of the penis, got a pretty good idea of what to do. I settled on a newbie routine of AM/PM stretches, 200 jelqs, and 10 10-sec squeezes. 3 days on 1 off. I originally was looking for a way to regain what I’d lost, but the information here helped me realize that I can gain back what I’ve lost and more. I now have a 2 year goal of 8x6, but I want to take it slow.
It’s difficult to throttle back on the exercises when you first start out. You have the great feeling of expectation and drive, but I’ve learned from weight lifting that too much too soon will only put you on the bench and waste all of the effort that you’ve put forth. So, what I did was agree with myself that I would stick to every 4th day off and not measure for 3 months. I’m approaching this like the first 3 months are a “conditioning” phase and I’m not expecting any growth, just conditioning my penis for the growth to come.
At the end of last week and did start to experiment with clamping for a few minutes at the end of my workout and I seem to stay fuller longer after my workout with this. I make sure that I only clamp for a few minutes, but I can see how easy it would be to get carried away with it because it feels and looks so good.
Positive changes that I’ve noticed: my flaccid length seems to have increase slightly (I’ve always been a grower not a shower), I notice throughout the day that my penis feels heavier (I’m more aware of it), my morning erections feel firmer (even without touching).
I’m PEing in secret and look forward to the day when things get so noticeable that I’ll have to tell my wife. Until then, “mums the word”.
The biggest positive change happened last night. My wife and I made love and after I gave her an orgasm orally (like I usually do), we moved to the missionary position and I noticed that she seemed tighter than usual. When I was pushing in her, the head of my dick was sliding off of the tip of her cervix which hasn’t happened for a while. On one particular thrust, she stiffened like it hurt, but kept going. I didn’t feel her cervix anymore after that. At least twice during our session, she whispered that I felt huge. After we finished, she said that at first it kind of hurt. When I apologized, she said, “No, it hurt but it felt good.”. We cleaned up and checked on the sleeping kids and then the next amazing thing happened. She put her hand down the front of my pants and grasped my dick which was limp but still fat (something else that I’ve noticed). Well I got hard again! This was probably 10 minutes after our first session. I can’t remember the last time that happened. It just seemed like it was so much easier to get hard again. Well she was VERY impressed, giving me head and calling me a “team player”. She rode me hard and I mounted her from behind. The whole time my erection felt hard and aching. Well, when we finished, she said again how impressed she was that I went for round two and she called me her big hangin’ man. Even today, she’s still talking about it.
Anyway, just wanted to make my initial findings known and maybe encourage those who are thinking of beginning PE.
All the best.
