Are we obsessed with cock? - And maybe forget about the whole body-cock relationship. For a start unless we look after the rest of our body and keep it fit then we can hardly expect our cock to respond in the way we would like? For starters a good erection and the development of our cock is absolutely dependent on the condition and flow of blood into it. I have a book somewhere - must find it - that details all the yoga routines that stimulate blood flows where it counts as regards sex and huge erections. Why don’t we set up a real whole body - cock exercise routine so that in addition to stretching and jelqing we include other body exercise routines that make sure we are getting the blood flow right - maybe before and after PE. This is worth investigating.

Of course our diet will also play a big part as regards the conditioning of the whole body and there is a wealth of knowledge there to ensure that our blood is pure, appropriately thin, etc.

And when I am on to the whole body thing - don’t forget we are a body-mind - (maybe spirit?) combination. If we have the right mental attitude to the task in hand - cock development - then we might also find that our gains are much more significant. Obviously this mind-body link is used to the maximum in tantric sex.

I’ve recently been thinking along these lines. For too long I’ve been drinking too much beer and not getting any exercise. Maybe that’s been damaging my PE as well as not generally being a good idea.

I think if I improve my lifestyle it can only help with the PE.

I agree that physical workouts definitely help one’s sexual life by improving overall health. I have noticed that I get better errections and even nocternal errections when I work out at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Folks - does anyone have any experience of any exercises that stimulates blood flow to the genitals? I have some exercises in a yoga book I have somewhere that claim to do this and I will try to track these down if anyone is interested. What do you say?

I totally agree. Health plays a great role in tourexercises. And mind of course. I was reading about some kind of self hypnosis or meditation or smth. There are medical facts about mind power over body. I’ll post a link if a find it again.
