The first year.

I`m approaching my first year of PE, and have been thinking about what I`ve accomplished and what I`d hoped for etc. And I have come to the conclusion that year one is a fact-gathering and experimentation period wherein I have learned how to do things and how others have done things and how my dick will respond to these things, but most of all I have realised that PE is a long-term process.

There are those here who have remarkable results and most of them have stuck through the failures, the plateaus and the set-backs and continued on.

I have failed, had set-backs and I`m in the midst of a fairly protracted plateau that I deal with by telling myself that I got the newbie gains, the failures and the set-backs and now, predictably, I`m having the plateau, and the only way to deal with this is to soldier on.

So, for all you newbies that thought that you would get 2 inches in six months I have to say it could happen.

But for the majority of guys here at thunders we are here for the long haul if we want the magic 8x6.

I came from 5 7/8” x 5. I`m now 6 7/8” x 5 1/2” and as I stated above I feel that 8” x 6” to be the optimum goal.

So what is the solution?

Time spent doing PE.

Another year, possibly two.

The good news is that I believe that I haven`t found the exercise that will give me the new length that I want.

I have held off on hanging, but I have a growing suspicion that I will have to plan for that in the new year, and in the meantime I will continue to bash on as I have been doing for the last 10 months.

I have just finished the first week of an 8 week experiment in clamping.

In may or june (I don`t keep accurate records) I began clamping and loved it, seeing my dick so thick and vieny is awesome. I stopped clamping when I read that it could effect your length gains and shortly afterwards discovered an extra 3/8” of length gain from my last measurement a month or so before.

Whether or not the length gain was from the clamping or the combination of clamping and mechanical stretch I don`t know, but I said that I would lay off the clamping for the summer and return to see if I could repeat the last spurt, or something at least, to pass the plateau.

So, we`ll see in the next few weeks what happens.

I stopped the compulsive measurement by the way. Seeing the same old 6 7/8” got frustratiing and I haven`t measured for a while.

Congratulations on the gains. That pretty much sums up what I’m thinking about PE. I’m not at 1 year yet, but I know I’ll stick with this for a lot longer if I want to keep seeing gains. I’m not measuring as often as I was, monthly was great when I first started, I can do it 3 or 4 times a year now. I don’t have a specific goal, so don’t know at what point I’ll decide I’m finished.

Gratz on the gains and dedication. I’m also trying to test out if clamping alone can give length gains. I’m on my 2nd week of clamping only, really really hoping this works feels great and the expansion is through the roof.

Yeah, it`s good to see early results, but I have this creeping doubt about further improvements because of the whole idea of toughening due to intense stretching.

The thought is that if you do too much intense training that the dick becomes resistant to further demands, and that you need to go to more extreme measures to get continued results.

I hope this isn`t the case otherwise I run the risk of pulling the damned thing off trying to break the toughness barrier.
