The Heat is On

The heat is on.
As we all know, the warmup process is crucial to growing your penis.
Heat as magical qualities which must be used in preparation to penis exercising.
When heat is applied to the penis, blood flow increases. Also the heat applied makes the penis more flexible which in turn allows rigorous training to be completed with lesser room for injury.

I tried the warm washcloth method but this was becoming laborious and messy as the water was dripping down onto the floor which again meant using cloth to clean up the spillage.

Also, as I was undergoing a daily training session I noticed that I had to keep applying more heat to the penis as I went from Power Stretching to V- stretching to Jelqing etc.

This meant more water washcloth methods and so one.

Then it hit me.

Two water bottles encased in material and folder-ed over the penis to regain heat between each exercise. And as we know, the heat in water bottles retains a good temperature for quite some time which allows me to complete a full one-hour session. I have used this method now for over 6 months and I don’t need to find any other heat source for the job.

Here’s what I did:

Wrapped a piece of material over the two water bottles with the tops of the bottles furthest away from each other, stitched the material up like a pocket and put the bottles into the material from each end of the material. Fill them with hot water and fold over them over the penis.
