I believe the best selling woman’s vibrator in the world is the Rampant Rabbit.according to the ann summers’ website:

8” length with 5¼” girth

Now, every other vibrator on there is shorter in length.they used to sell some monster but they’ve stopped selling it? (I can only speculate due to lack of interest)
Plus, you must consider that the rabbit head is an inch up the shaft, so they’d only use a max of 7”.

I presume Ann Summers have a better idea (market research) and the women that buy it, than we do?

I think I’ve seen this covered before but when it comes to dildos there has to be a certain amount that is not usable, else you wouldn’t be able to hold onto it. Some sites will list the "insertable" length (usually that is more important for a vibe, because the control/battery cover is on the end)

I would also guess that the size for a dildo and a vibe are going to be different.

Perhaps a girls initial reaction to a 5.5” girth (or greater) is that it is initially uncomfortable. Therefore they think it’s too thick, when in fact if they had spent a little longer warming up and getting used to it, they may have loved it even more than the smaller girth…
