Hello guys,

Here I am sitting at an embarrassing 4.25 EG and need to gain girth at all costs! Unfortunately in the years I’ve done PE, I’ve never managed to pack on any noticeable girth gains (and I’ve actually lost 0.25” due to some non-PE related crap I posted about in another thread…)

I need to ask all BIG gainers— what are some telltale signs that you have come to realize you are in “the zone” so to speak regarding your workout? Obviously gains are the biggest one, but I mean precursors to that? In my experience, for example, I’ve always noticed a light tingling at the base of my dick just before a length gain (happened at least 3-4 times). Every time I attempt a girth routine, however, my EQ seems to drop to basically zero! What physical sensations should I be keeping an eye out for in regards to formulating the perfect girth workout?

For me having a large flaccid hang for the rest of the day following a workout. This happens for me when I do a low to moderate pressure pumping workout for 30 to 40 minutes.

Also a big factor for me is taking a daily low dose of tadadafil (Cialis).

The biggest factor influencing a larger flaccid hang is avoiding injury, so make PE feel good, not harsh.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey bud, are you jelqing? What is your typical routine? If you lose all EQ do you wait it out until you have EQ back before starting to PE again? And dude I wouldn’t stress too hard about the girth thing. I mean obviously you want more but what type of good qualities do you have about yourself? There are some guys out there packing some big ones, that can’t hold a job, live with their moms, are 30 lbs. Overweight, and smoke and drink all day. There is always going to be a guy that has more $ than you, is taller, has a better complexion, or better body type, ya know?

For me, it has always been the feeling of mild “soreness” in a workout sense. Basically whenever I am doing my girth routine, I am chasing that “sore” feeling which in my case, always leads to some sort of progress in the girth department for me.

6stringgenius, yes I do jelq, and in fact only do manual exercises. Having outgrown the newbie routine window I’ve dabbled with numerous variations of girth related routines, mainly with slow and fast dry jelqs (in various grips), bends, and sometimes hammers or Uli’s although I’ve cut the last two out recently. Currently its something along these lines:

5-10 min hot wrap warmup
100 dry jelqs
5 sec bends (3 positions)
BTC stretch
15 jelq and hold (10 seconds)
5 min cool wrap

Now the problem is I’ve always struggled with EQ, even pre PE. It’s one of the reasons I got into it actually, after hearing about people’s erections getting much better. We can debate all day about what size a girl wants but let’s face it: a limp dick is no good for ANY girl. It might as well be 0 inches. Anyways, between the two (smaller than average EG and trouble keeping it up) it’s definitely taken its toll on my self-esteem and has affected my life in many other ways. I do what I can to take care of myself— stay away from drugs, exercise etc. but being 30 years old and never having a girlfriend in my life, asking for a raise is painfully agonizing, and things like that take their toll on a mere human being!

That’s all beyond the scope of this thread though— I’m just trying to tackle one piece of life at a time, and right now I’d like to tackle the penis department. If I could even get a simply average 5” EG I’d be ecstatic.

I feel you man, I have a 4.5 EG, and have been looking to raise it. How long have you been doing PE? Also, do you do kegels? I find since I’ve been doing kegels my EQ has gotten better, I tend more to kegel both with the muscle behind the balls and the one under the base of the penis (One under the base of the penis seems to engorge my penis excessively, to a point where when I first did it it was mildly painful and I could feel stretching inside.) Currently I’m working on girth (To at least get 5” EG is my goal) and have been doing manual routines. I don’t really tend to keep track of mine. I just work till my unit feels mildly sore (Like when one feels after a good workout) even if I have to PE multiple times a day to feel it. I’m quite new to PE, but from what I’ve read everyone works differently. After your girth routine how do you feel?

I have been thinking of doing the same how much cialis do you take daily and what has been its effect? Also do you take it in liquid, pill, etc form or what?


Starting: 6 7/8 EL X 4.8 EG (estimated since I didn't measure)

Current: 8.5 EL X 5.5 EG

I take liquid tadalafil, 1 squirt from an iron-dragon bottle that is on the order of 4 to 5mg per squirt. The effect other then erections on demand is a larger flaccid hang all day and erections throughout my sleep cycle including morning erections everyday.

I presume that jelqs and squeezes were helpful in conditioning my penis for girth training but it took a concerted focus on flaccid bends and supra slammers (uli, jelq, squeeze) to create real girth expansion during my training which yielded real girth gains. I don’t know if this is medically correct in any way, but mentally I tell myself that bends help break down the rigid structures that limit girth and the supra slammers create the internal pressure to really expand and stretch the girth limits. The first time I seriously tried the supra slammers, my girth expanded +3/8” during the training. In a few weeks I quickly settled from 5” to 5 1/4” of real gains. Unfortunately I had to take a break due to a hand injury but am now resuming and am hoping I can resume the plan to get me from 5 1/4” to 5 1/2”. I realize this is not an answer to “non-obvious” girth gains but it really worked for me.

Your shaft will become greatly engorged then your head once you get to the last 10 second hold under the head. Repeat 10-20 times. Total workout time 30-45 minutes or until you want to stop

BTW If you really want to get a even greater pump, here is the last bit that you might need, After you Jelq to the top and go into the squeeze under the head, come in with you other hand and grab the penis in another Uli and squeeze, now you are performing a Compression Isolation Squeeze (Horse 440), hold this for the same time you are holding the squeeze under the head 10-15, or as long as desired. You can also throw some bends in after the horse for another 15-30 seconds.

I have been doing variations you can do this wet or dry. From the wet I notice more length gains but still a lot of girth, for the dry I notice more girth, they both work great. This is a very versatile exercise. Also do not start up with 10-20, start off with 5 and work you way up, we are not in a race, plus you need to let your body build up time to handle this. Also it is so intense and feels so good you will want to cum, but you must not. And do not cum after the workout as well.

Also for some that have problems holding back even with edging the uli squeeze plus the edge will help prevent you from Cumming, but you have to squeeze your PC and hours hands really hard if you get that total urge to cum. If you do, just start again the next day or later that day.

This will produce unreal length gains, as we all know girth complements length, and while fully engorged with the Uli crossing into the dry Jelq it will increases length. Also the head gets a lot bigger which increases length. It works both ways. This is a total penis exercise that encompasses everything, truly one of a kind.

I have found that I Measure a about .3-.5” longer on erect length and .5-1” bigger on erect girth after the workout. You will have the greatest girth workout you have ever experienced. I know that anyone can gain between .5-1” in 1-2 months. You pump will last a very long time after and your head will be screaming of a huge mushroom head! While coming up with this and doing it over the last month. I have found my own solution to my small head size as well, this is fixing it. People have been saying my glands are looking bigger, this is why.

It is an advanced exercise, proceed with caution ;)
