I feel like this new method is very similar to Jelqing, maybe not mechanically but the exersize pushes blood down the penis until the head swells up… It doesn’t really feel revolutionary, as he’s claiming, just a more safer adaptation of traditional PE excersizes.

It is a bit grating that every time he releases a new excersize he claims all the old ones are now obselete. And you can’t do traditional PE together with his methods. It feels like he’s throwing out ideas, with claims big enough to reel in his ginea pigs and measure the success of each exercise from the feedback. I did feel kinda sore after the excersize tho, so maybe he’s on to something…

the research is made of in-depth studies and tests so it’s normal that I update it continuously but if you see the video it explains the difference and what was missing to stop the growth … and how the normal pe works jelqing pumps etc …

The latest exercise is just dry jelqs.

however there is no stretching but it is only a slight pressure to let the blood flow out and is more like an angion 2.0 without the grip above or to the oscillator

I am currently trying this new program. It appears to be working for my girth and hardness. But what I really like about all the Angion Methods is that my cock is “on call” all the time. The slightest touch or even just thoughts about sex make my dick grow to full size. I think he might be up to something this time. I will continue to do the exercise for the next couple of months and report back.

It’s good to hear that from a non newbie because newbies are actually getting EQ gains from the AM.

Hello. I am interested to try “phallogenesis program” but when he talks about shear stress plus stretching, what did he mean for stretching? He doesn’t talk about extender or classic exercise I think.. Is here someone who understood and can explain me?
